Offering full service residential property management, for a variety of corporate and private investors.
Tate Thompson, CCRM DirectorTate transitioned to Real Estate in 2006. In addition to rental property management, He has been involved with various aspects of mid to high-rise new construction condominium projects. His previous experience includes Hotel Management and Construction, rounding out a uniquely suited skill-set. Tate is dedicated to getting things done right, and always striving for maximum client satisfaction
Horace Chavez, Vice PresidentHorace brings over 14 years experience in the Real Estate Industry to our team. His experience includes Sales and Marketing with an emphasis on Property Management, including both Single Family and Multi-Family units. A rental owner himself, he truly understands his clients, and strives to care for their investments as if they were his own.
Evan Leib, Property ManagerEvan Leib is a recent graduate from San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Real Estate. He has been involved in various aspects of the real estate field from commercial retail to residential acquisitions. Through his strong administrative skills and excellent communication skills, Evan strives to provide the best service to his clients.
