Our Philosophy

Our property management goal is to maximize the investment cash flow for our clients. We seek to keep rental units in top working order. We anticipate problems, have the resources to repair emergencies, and mitigate property damages. When a property is well maintained, tenants are happier and retain their residences for longer. We allow for multiple immediate avenues of communication from tenants and owners to address concerns proactively.

Bart Spitzmiller, President/Broker

More than a decade of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Finance and Property Management. Currently President and Broker of Green Street Property Management, covering San Diego and the Bay Area. Offering full service residential property management, for a variety of corporate and private investors.

Tate Thompson, CCRM Director

Tate transitioned to Real Estate in 2006. In addition to rental property management, He has been involved with various aspects of mid to high-rise new construction condominium projects. His previous experience includes Hotel Management and Construction, rounding out a uniquely suited skill-set. Tate is dedicated to getting things done right, and always striving for maximum client satisfaction

Horace Chavez, Vice President

Horace brings over 14 years experience in the Real Estate Industry to our team. His experience includes Sales and Marketing with an emphasis on Property Management, including both Single Family and Multi-Family units. A rental owner himself, he truly understands his clients, and strives to care for their investments as if they were his own.

Evan Leib, Property Manager

Evan Leib is a recent graduate from San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Real Estate. He has been involved in various aspects of the real estate field from commercial retail to residential acquisitions. Through his strong administrative skills and excellent communication skills, Evan strives to provide the best service to his clients.

We field all tenant correspondence from phone, text, email, and online and offer the ability to report a problem online anytime.

Distribute Rent

Available direct deposit for hassle free distribution of rent funds.

Manage Repairs

Maximize performance of hand picked vendors, who hold value and workmanship as priorities.

Major Construction Management

GS can provide Management of remodels or involved repairs of any scope.

Eviction Representation

In the unfortunate event of eviction GS can represent the owner. Having unique experience managing bank owned rental homes with inherited tenants, we have the experience necessary to handle any tenant situation.
