From our first property in San Diego to a trusted network of homes across the county, Green Street was founded on one simple idea: treat every property like it’s our own.

Bart Spitzmiller started Green Street with a passion for helping others make the most of their real estate investments. With a background in Real Estate Finance, he brought a deep understanding of the numbers — but it was his commitment to thoughtful, personal service that set Green Street apart from day one.
